The international online conference was organized as part of the celebration of the 90th anniversary of DSTU.

The conference included a plenary session, working and informational sessions dedicated to the development of interaction between vocational education and higher education, network partnership between universities and the labor market, and the development of a system of on-the-job training.
The event was attended by heads and representatives of universities, educational organizations and professional associations from a large number of countries: Russia, Belgium, Serbia, Spain, Great Britain, Germany, Greece, Latvia, Slovakia, Lithuania, Austria, Estonia, Armenia and Kazakhstan.
The speakers shared their own experience, strategic solutions and best practices in the following areas:
1. Digitalization of vocational education: current state, problems and prospects.
2. Innovative training programs aimed at improving the employment opportunities and competitiveness of young professionals.
3. Forecasting the professional future of young people in the digital economy.
4. Network cooperation between representatives of the labor market and the academic community of professional and higher education.
5. Development of the system of on-the-job training as a tool for building the human resources potential of the region.
The conference is held within the framework of the projects of the Erasmus+ ALLVET program, as well as "Development of a flexible, innovative and practical base for on-the-job training in higher education in Armenia and Russia" (FlexWBL).
