The main organizer was: NJSC "Narxoz University", namely the coordinator and key persons of the project: Mukhanova Gaini, Denis Polenov and Aliya Nurgalieva.
The set goal of the conference was achieved, which was confirmed by many positive reviews about the conference, an increase in interest in the project from universities, colleges, first of all, to training the competence model for the development of training courses, training in the implementation and use of the ECTS credit system in the educational process, the transfer of the Bologna principles into the TVE system.
At the conference, many topical issues of the Alliance of Higher and Secondary Vocational Education were discussed, more than 80 listeners were registered, 23 speakers spoke, including 2 volunteers who are already involved in the project.
In the first days after the end of the conference, applications began to be received for involvement in the project as volunteers from universities and colleges of Kazakhstan, Central Asia and from private researchers, teachers, which once again confirms the relevance, timeliness of the ALLVET project and the topics discussed at the conference that found a living response from conference participants.
The geographical representation is extensive: the countries of the European Union, the Russian Federation, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan.
At the conference, one could listen to interesting speeches and enjoy the presentations of the announced speakers. The conference was held in compliance with the principle of trilingualism with simultaneous translation in Kazakh, English and Russian. Interesting speakers - professionals in the field of higher education and the TVE system, experienced teaching staff, who raised for discussion issues of education in an era of change, the application of the Tuning methodology to improve educational programs, project management issues in the context of a pandemic, the problem of improving the activities of colleges and the transfer of knowledge on credit system in TVE, creating a system of interaction between secondary vocational and higher education, increasing the potential of college teachers, and representatives of universities shared their experience live, and were cordially invited to participate in the following events.
The peculiarity of the project implementation during the pandemic set new tasks for the consortium, which found a flexible, most optimal solution to increase the emphasis on the virtual-remote format of communication, communications, discussion, decision-making on the project and, of course, training within the project.
Special attention should be paid to the support of the Erasmus + National Office in Kazakhstan and the presentation of the NEO manager at the conference, as well as the participation of the Center for the Bologna Process and Academic Mobility of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Department of Education of the Almaty Region, directors of colleges in Kazakhstan and Central Asian countries. Such representation of interest both from representatives of higher education, colleges.
So, there are many important stages ahead of the project aimed at improving the education system in Kazakhstan, we are waiting for new meetings, events and achievements.
