Narxoz launches a double degree program with the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation

Today, an agreement was signed between Narxoz University and the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation on the implementation of a joint educational program "International Economic Law".

From the side of Narxoz, the document was signed by the rector Andrew Wachtel, from the side of the Financial University - by the rector Mikhail Eskindarov. Also, the signing of the document was attended by the dean of the School of Law and Public Administration Stanislav Buyanskiy and the head of the Department for International Development and Relations with Alumni Zhailagul Sagyndykova.

According to the terms of the agreement, law students from Narxoz are trained at 1, 2 and 4 courses at the School of Law and Public Administration, and a full-fledged academic year of the third year is spent at the Law Faculty of the Financial University in Moscow. Upon completion of the 4th year, graduates will receive two full-fledged diplomas.

“Our School pays special attention to the development of international cooperation and academic mobility. The opening of a double degree program with the Financial University is an excellent opportunity to get the knowledge and skills that are in demand from a leading Russian university. Moreover, I would especially like to note that by paying for only the third year, students receive a Moscow university diploma four times cheaper than its real cost, ”said Stanislav Buyansky. Starting this year, undergraduate students of the School of Law and Public Administration will be able to become its first participants.

The Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation is one of the largest scientific and educational complexes in Russia, dating back to 1919. To date, about 45 thousand students study in 16 faculties, 14 educational and scientific departments, two colleges, a lyceum and 27 branches. The university invariably ranks among the top 20 best universities in Russia, offering 37 undergraduate programs and about 60 master's degrees.
