Modelling of the process E4E (Education for employment): INNOVATIVE TRAINING PROGRAMS AND NETWORK PARTNERSHIPS
At the invitation of the Don State Technical University in the period from 9 to 11 September 2020 Mukhanova Gaini - project coordinator ALLVET (609952-EPP-1-2019-1-RS-EPPKA2-CBHE-JP) at the Narxoz University, national project coordinator for Kazakhstan, as well as co-coordinator of the COMPLETE project of the Erasmus + programme, in which the Narxoz University participated along with DSTU and successfully completed the project, showing its high importance for the system of higher education, graduate employment and development in the process of training University students employability took part in the International online conference "Modelling of the process E4E (Education for employment): INNOVATIVE TRAINING PROGRAMS AND NETWORK PARTNERSHIPS". The international online conference was organized as part of the celebration of the 90th anniversary of DSTU. The organizers of the conference: - Don State Technical University (Rostov-on-Don, Russia); - University of Kragujevac (Serbia); - University of Liepaja (Liepaja, Latvia). September 9-11, 2020 The conference included a plenary session, working and informational sessions dedicated to the development of interaction between vocational education and higher education, network partnership between universities and the labor market, and the development of a system of on-the-job training. The event was attended by heads and representatives of universities, educational organizations and professional associations from a large number of countries: Russia, Belgium, Serbia, Spain, Great Britain, Germany, Greece, Latvia, Slovakia, Lithuania, Austria, Estonia, Armenia and Kazakhstan. The speakers shared their own experience, strategic solutions and best practices in the following areas: 1. Digitalization of vocational education: current state, problems and prospects. 2. Innovative training programs aimed at improving the employment opportunities and competitiveness of young professionals. 3. Forecasting the professional future of young people in the digital economy. 4. Network cooperation between representatives of the labor market and the academic community of professional and higher education. 5. Development of the system of on-the-job training as a tool for building the human resources potential of the region. The conference is held within the framework of the projects of the Erasmus+ ALLVET program, as well as "Development of a flexible, innovative and practical base for on-the-job training in higher education in Armenia and Russia" (FlexWBL).
