For the second year in a row the North American Case Research Association entrusted the organizing one of the language tracks to Narxoz University, with the participation of researchers from Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan. The initiator of the track was Anjan Ghosh, the former head of Silk Road Case Center, with Aigerim Raimzhanova, the Director of International Development Office, and Madina Subalova as track co-chairs.
Among the presented works were both analytical papers with the study of crisis resolution "Not Following the Stereotypes Anymore – Artishock Theater Is on the Way to Its Core Competence", and unique success stories, such as "The World is Not Enough: The Internationalization of the Shoro Company" and Features of the Franchise Network Management on the example of the “Dodo Pizza” Сompany, which are designed to present successful examples but also inspire students.
