MEETING WITH THE RECTOR OF THE UNIVERSITY OF MYKOLAS ROMERIS (LITHUANIA)

Today, Rector of Mykolas Romeris University (Lithuania) Inga Zaleniene, during her visit to Narxoz University, met with Rector Andrew Wachtel. Then she visited the School of Law and Public Administration, where she held a working meeting with Dean Stanislav Buyansky. During the meeting, the parties discussed the possibilities of bilateral cooperation, academic mobility and the development of joint research projects.

“Eastern Europe is a dynamically developing region, whose educational capacities today may well compete with the leading universities of the East and West. By developing contacts with the best of them, we get the opportunity to increase the range of opportunities for the development of our students, ”said Dean Stanislav Buyansky during the meeting.

Mykolas Romeris University is a leading university for social sciences and interdisciplinary research in Lithuania. He works closely with over 300 universities, public and private institutions. Currently, the university has 7,500 students, including 600 foreign students, and employs over 400 teachers. The university offers doctoral, undergraduate and graduate programs of study. More than 80% of them are internationally accredited.
